A CSTC staff member helps two students with a worksheet in an expanded learning classroom

A nonprofit built for California schools

California Schools Talent Collaborative is a division of Think Education, a California nonprofit. Think Education is also the parent of Think Together, the state’s largest provider of expanded learning programs which means we came to this work from inside school programs, not from the staffing industry. We started with expanded learning staff and grew to support classified and certificated positions across the state.

Mission

Support California schools in the recruitment and retention of high-quality professional staff to ensure equity in access and opportunity for student success.

Vision

A future where education unleashes opportunity, prosperity, and purpose for every single student.
